WIEDEMANN

I´m Björn Wiedemann, a contemporary painter from Saxony-Anhalt who has dedicated himself to abstract and non-objective painting. My works are an invitation to pause, look deeper and discover the invisible.

In my art, I follow the language of reduction and abstraction. I deliberately dispense with the tangible and familiar in order to create space for new perspectives. Each picture tells its own story, characterized by the joy of experimentation, emotionality and a clear formal language.

The minimalist aspects of my work radiate calm and elegance, while the abstract elements stimulate the imagination. I want my art not only to be viewed, but experienced – open, enigmatic and at the same time accessible.

For me, each work is a dialog between the visible and the hidden, a search for balance between reduction and expressiveness.
