GENERAL QUESTIONS
Yes, all my artworks are signed by me. Basically, a signature includes the number in the catalog raisonné, title, size, date of completion and my signature. Usually the signature is on the back of the work.
For certain works, such as the artist’s books, you are welcome to contact me before purchasing if you have any special requests regarding the signature (e.g. dedications).
Generally, you can view my art at exhibitions or by visiting my studio. I participate in exhibitions from time to time; information about events is posted on the blog or on my social media channels.
To visit my studio, please contact me using the contact form. We’ll arrange an appointment.
Usually every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate confirms and documents the work’s originality, authenticity, and uniqueness, and is provided along with the artwork upon delivery.
Unfortunately, I do not currently offer commissioned work. My focus is on transforming my creative ideas and inspirations into free works of art, which you can discover in my shop.
In addition to purchasing my work directly from me, my pieces are also available for purchase at galleries and on external platforms. My artwork is currently listed on the following online galleries. The terms and conditions specific to each platform apply.
The artworks are usually not additionally framed. The works are mounted on sturdy stretcher frames and are ready to hang. The prices do not include frames, unless otherwise stated in the description. Additional framing, e.g. shadow gap frames, can be offered on request.
PURCHASE PROCESS
Of course I issue a proper invoice for all orders. For the purchase of a artwork, you will receive an invoice with VAT shown in addition to the purchase contract. If prices are stated on the website, they include VAT.
Depending on the country of destination, cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, taxes and higher shipping fees.

SHIPPING

All artworks are securely packed and shipped as soon as the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please understand that for security reasons an artwork can only be shipped after the purchase price has been paid.
The shipping time depends on your destination country and is estimated to be 2-7 working days in Germany and 1-2 weeks for international shipping.
Please note that these are original and unique works of art. As each work is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, these times are approximate. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For urgent requests, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.
You will of course receive a tracking number. I usually ship with DHL, for large-format works sometimes by a forwarding agent. You will receive a tracking number for the shipment from me when it is handed over to the shipping service provider.

Yes, you are very welcome to collect your order from my studio. Please contact me before or after your order via these contact options.
In addition to shipping, I offer personal, free delivery in the greater Magdeburg area (DE) from a purchase price of € 600 by arrangement.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Original artworks can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The artwork and framing must be in perfect condition upon return (no dirt, scratches or other damage). The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. After the artwork has been inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to you.
Excluded from this are works that have been individualized at your request. These are e.g. personal dedications, signatures etc. on the artworks or books.

My studio is located in Burg in Saxony-Anhalt (39288, germany) and is situated in the old town near the town hall.
Unfortunately, I am not currently offering open studio hours. However, for those seriously interested in purchasing my work, as well as art collectors and journalists, studio visits can be arranged upon request. Please feel free to use the contact options provided here.
OTHERS
To me, works of art are not ordinary commodities, but rather an expression of my creativity and passion. To ensure my art does not become a mere commodity, I generally do not offer discounts.
However, there may be discounts on special occasions or for promotions. These will be posted on my website and my social media channels.
Thank you for your understanding and for your appreciation of my work. Every order directly supports the creation of new works of art.
I do not currently offer digital versions of my artworks, such as downloads or NFTs. My focus is on physical originals that you can purchase directly from my shop.
